What is the best over the counter acne spot treatment?

I’m looking for a spot treatment over the counter that will quickly get rid of pimples and also get rid of the scabs/scars left behind.
I have oily, acne prone skin.

    ~~Bare Minerals Blemish Treatment. Clears them right up, also covers them. Works so quick you will be amazed!~~

    toothpaste it drys out your skin and brings the head to the top so that it goes away faster. leave it on for like 20-30 min
