How would it work for a women?
Would it work the same as a regular steroid?
Would it make me put on weight?
Will I have muscles without weight lifting?

Steroids will make you hungry so just eat senseable so you won’t pack on so much weight, I was on them for a while and I was so hungry all the time.
Steroids are usually taken short term – especially for asthma. In this situation, you may feel that your appetite has increased, but the long term affects of steroid use should not apply. (weight gain, body fat redistribution, acne, and behavioral implications at higher doses)
