tips for taking care of my mixed daughters hair?
ohhh it is a nightmare…she has the curls of her black heritage, the thickness and ability to grow of mine (I am white with EXTREMELY thick hair that grows almost an inch a month) and texture of just in between, so relaxers are OUT of the question.
She is 4. Everyday I use Motions Hair Lotion to condition her scalp and hair and use it to style the hair.
Twice a week we wash using Just For Me Shampoo and then condition with a heavy conditioner.
To brush her hair I use Loreal Detangler, and use Silken Child Deep Moustuirzing Hair Lotion to set and style and condition even further.
I have moustierization covered…her hair is only dry at night….I used to plat her hair 3 days out of the week and it seemed to manage the extreme tanlging, but last month she cut one of her braids off, so braiding it OUT of the question.
I am always looking for hair care tips…..so give me any adice you can.
