   This is a minimal breakdown, but you could also peruse "how-to" websites.

   I. Thesis / Introduction

   II. Topic 1
   Topic sentence (this helps me, but you don’t need to write out topic
   sentence.
   (be sure to indent) A. sub point #1
   (indent) B. sub point #2
   (indent) 1. second sub point
   (indent) 2. second sub point

   III. Topic 2 with topic sentence

   IV. Topic 3 with topic sentence

   V. Conclusion
