I was born with a cleft lip and had my first surgery at 3 months old. I went beck for several checkups and never had another surgery. I am now twenty years old and my doctor told me if I wanted to, I could have one more surgery where they would pull the pink part back down to where it should be so it would blend more. This won’t affect my health and is not mandatory. Since this was caused by a birth defect, would an insurance company consider this cosmetic or would they pay for it?

Before I broke it my nose had a bump in it and was oddly shaped and I hated the way it looked, so I was wondering if while they were repairing my nose if they could remove they could give me a nose job and if so how much would it cost?
