I’ve been drinking lots of beer for 15 years and recently have been drinking almost daily this past year.
I noticed i get irritable and anxious when I’m not drinking.
What can i expect when I quit?

on a Parents work-provided health plan how old does your child have to be to be covered is it after 18 they need to be in school to be covered? or are they covered until 21?

Ok so ive been constipated for 4 months and I had trouble going for example, I would only go once a week and even then it would be agony sitting on the toilet for nearly an hour or more, I’d sometimes get piles and sometimes they would be really painful, and when i was actually able to excrete it would be rock solid and very very sharp feeling like the inside of my anus is being ripped and would leave me bleeding, with blood in the stool also. i would get sharp pains going up through my anus to my bowl an it would make me cringe with pain. i have had to assist myself a few times by getting a rubber glove and lube it up to try get some out myself because the pain is excruciating, gross i know but it was only a last resort after sitting there for ages in agony. i would always dread going to the toilet.
BUT the past few weeks i have been getting fairly soft stools, i haven’t had piles in a while, but the stools are still really sharp an make me shriek with pain, and i have been getting really bad stomach pains all of a sudden on and off, and ive been to the toilet 3 days in a row now and its never been like that. my diet hasn’t changed ive always eaten a lot of fruit and my mum always confused as to why i was constipated because i eat a lot of fibre and fruit
i had been to the doctors about the constipation and been put on numerous fibre drinks and laxatives but didn’t take them so why has my stool all of a sudden changed to soft but still razor sharp and where have these sudden stomach aches come from?

i drink more than a litre of water a day, i get so dehydrated!
and my diet is fairly normal, eat alot of fruit at least my 5 a day, drink alot of water, and eat abit from every food catagory really. and ive tried black coffee because its what my mum has in the mornings and it works fine for her but doesnt make a difference in me :/

My paternal grandmother died of colon cancer, and lately I’ve been having colon issues. I’m not at all jumping to thinking I have cancer because I know I’m too young and my symptoms are not that severe – but I’d just like to weigh my risk and know what I’m dealing with before I let this problem get too far.

If I were to use spermicide and my boyfriend use a condom would that be pretty effective in preventing pregnancy? What are my chances do you think?
