Is it better to do weight lifting and aerobics on seperate days?
or can you do them both on the same day?
When should I see weight loss results from jazzercise twice per week and water aerobics twice a week ?
I have class 4 times per week and on the fifth day I walk a mile and 1/2 at a fast pace. I eat sensibly also.
Aerobics and weight lifting on same day?
I don’t exercise much, but I’d like to start. I only have time 3 days a week to exercise, so I’m going to have to do aerobics and weight lifting on the same days because I need both. So how should I go about doing this? Should I jog first or lift weights first?
Basically, I want to know how best to get in shape strength-wise and fitness-wise if I only have about three 1.5 hour periods of free time each week.
Whats better to do first thing in the morning- 20 minutes of:yoga, aerobics or strength training?
I think this would motivate me and will start my day off on a good note! I don’t want to set myself up for failure by saying I will be able to do like a whole hour but I know I could commit for about 20 to 30 minutes to begin with. (I am also trying to lose weight) I am planning on walking in the evening.
What are good lightweight trainers to do aerobics in?
My trainers are too heavy and uncomfortable.
What kind of exercises are there for aerobics, and muscular strength and endurance?
I wanna start exercising again after two years of laziness. I used to be toned, but now I feel kinda… rusty and fat. (Although I aint fat)
Does anybody know how I should start out? Should I go running? How fast should my heart rate be at? (My target heart rate is 125)
I was thinking that maybe I should start by doing 30 minute jogs and stretches.
Anyway, can any of you guys please help explain those things to me? Thank You.
