My little sister has acne around where you get hormonal acne. She is 13 and has it petty bad. Its not herpes. (So don’t say it is cause its acne) She can’t go on the pill because the doctor said it increases breast cancer by 6 times ! So is there anything else maybe natural to balance hormones. Like vitamins, diet, etc. Oh, and it’s not that bad. Just exaggerating. :P (I heard apple cider vinegar balances pH levels, will that work?)

Corporations use issues such as Breast Cancer Awareness and Heart Disease for Marketing campaigns and the public falls for it. Do men and children not get sick? What is awareness..how does that DO anything.
I am taking medication for hypertention and I am a breast cancer survivor of 4 and a half years. I take a hermone sepresser for the breast cancer. I seem to get very tired in the middle of the day. After a nap of a couple of hours I am ready to go again. My diet is not that great since I eat mostly on the go. I am looking for something I can buy at my neighborhood pharmacy, that wil give me a energy boast without being a energy drink or pill. Nothing with a Soy base or ingrediant.
