I’ve had the original Bed Buddy roll for about 10+ years and I used it whenever my feet were cold (which is often). Recently, I misplaced this old faithful, so I was looking to get another one. The roll was really nice for when you’re laying down, but a little awkward if your sitting, and a lot awkward when you’re standing. I was thrilled to find that the company had pity on those of us with eternally cold feet (the kind of cold that keeps you feeling cold all over), and that these booties were available. Well, I’ve tried them, and they are awesome. I can sit at my desk and have them on. The packs are removable, so if you want to take these to work and use them, you can, and no one will have to know that they’re for. Don’t expect to walk with them on when the packs are inside, because you simply won’t be able to. So, if you need to get up and dash, just keep that in mind. Take the packs out, and they are like bedroom booties. The booties are washable (without the packs), which is another plus. If you’re into aroma, these booties have that too. I felt a little bit like a pumpkin pie, but the herbs are pleasant enough. I highly recommend this product to anyone who suffers from cold feet, but if you have some kind of medical condition that’s causing trouble with your feet, please check with your doctor first.

These booties say one size fits all on the package. Well, they might fit Andre the Giant, but on me they were way too big. (I have size eight feet.) If you have big feet and really, really thick ankles these might fit. Other wise skip these and look at other products that are smaller, offer different sizes based on your shoe size, or have elastic or soemthing to keep them on. These things are just too darn big!

I like to have something to warm my feet up when I go to bed, and these do the trick if I heat them for the maximum period of time before putting them on. They really are incredibly loose, though (I have size 7 1/2 feet), and if you move around at all in bed they fall off. They also have a tendency to sag away from your foot if you’re not positioned right. So, they DO work, and I use them, but I probably wouldn’t buy them again. I would buy my classic Bed Buddy hot/cold pack again, however.
