Monday, September 6th, 2010I live in a small town and there are no boxing/martial arts clubs anywhere. I’m 18 and would like to start boxing or martial arts for working out. Is there anyway I can do this if I purchase a heavy bag, speed bag,gloves, etc? Ok maybe not a specific martial art but just practice different basic techniques and different styles etc.

Monday, September 6th, 2010i have a dream o becoming good and famous in martial arts ( like vandamme), my favorite style is TKD, i practice everyday with my kicking bag, tell me what i need to do in order to get good, do i need to go to a certain number of tournaments? and another quetion i have is, is it normal to lose in a tournament? or is the loser considered a peice of shit?
and how did van damme get so good?
has he ever lost in tournaments?
